Background and Summary:
|
The area around Greenbrier Elementary meets the initial criteria for the Strategic Underground Program. In order to move forward with the installation of underground facilities and removal of overhead electric lines the property owner must grant an underground easement to Dominion Energy. An easement package is attached for review.
School division staff recommends that the Board authorize the School Board Chair to sign the right-of-way easement agreement with Dominion Energy.
