Convene in closed meeting.
On Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 4:00 p.m., the Charlottesville City School Board will convene in Closed Session, as authorized by Section 2.2-3711 (A) (1) (8) of the Code of Virginia, for the purpose of discussing personnel matters and for the purpose of consulting with legal counsel engaged by the Board regarding specific legal matters involving the application of statutory legal authority and requiring the advice of counsel. The meeting will be held in the Division Annex Conference Room located at 1400 Melbourne Road, Charlottesville, VA.
