Background and Summary:
The School Board will authorize the Superintendent to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Albemarle County Public Schools (ACPS). The MOU defines how tuition slots will be made available for ACPS students, and the process for ACPS to make slot reservations for CATEC programs.

- All CCS learners will have access to rigorous, inclusive, and relevant learning experiences.

- Target 2: 100% of graduating students will be equipped with a post-secondary plan.

- Target 7: Annually increase students’ access to rigor, including critical and creative thinking, as well as offering relevant professional supports for staff

- Target 8: 85% or more of graduating seniors will successfully meet College, Career and Civic Readiness Index (CCCRI) standards.
